| I Can't listen to a Music Track The new iTrax uses 'Flash' Technology which most computers have however some browsers such as Aw2 Explorer disable this for security. Firstly make sure it's not disabled and if you still cannot listen to the Music Track then check to see if the track is working. This can be found on the Track title and will say 'Working' in Green or 'Not Working' in red. |
| Can't use the Playlist from iTrax Don't worry sometimes the playlist function does not do what it is told to do! (Because it's in Beta Mode) All you need to do is re-add the Music Track to your Playlist, Once it has been added successfully it won't be removed unless you remove it. |
